Ecliptic Brewing has partnered with Sunriver Brewing to create the fifth and final Cosmic Collaboration beer for 2023. Clouds of Mosaic Hazy ships November 22nd in 16-ounce cans and draft.
Ecliptic + Sunriver Clouds of Mosaic Hazy IPA starts with a Pale malt base and is also brewed with oats, rice and wheat for a soft mouthfeel. A heavy dose of Mosaic hops brings flavors of sweet fruits and citrus, while Talus, HBC 586 and Citra hops round out this 6.8% ABV brew.
