DENIOS IBC Tote Heaters Control Temperature and Viscosity of Stored Materials

DENIOS IBC Tote Heaters feature dual thermostats and provide full coverage to heat tote contents quickly, economically, and efficiently. Maintaining tote contents at a desired temperature ensures consistency and prevents freezing or overheating of materials. By maintaining consistent temperatures, tote heaters can improve the efficiency of processes involving heated or temperature-controlled materials, ensuring better results, and reducing waste.

Adjustable straps enable the blanket to fit most plastic, metal, or cage tote sizes yet allows easy access to IBC spigot without scratching or contaminating the contents. Dual thermostats keep totes at a steady temperature between 50-160° F. An optional insulated top cover reduces heat loss/accelerated heating. DENIOS IBC Tote Heaters are ideal for use across many industries and applications where maintaining a specific temperature within large totes is essential, such as melting chocolate, caramel, and viscous liquids for internal processes within the production area. They are also well suited for viscosity control, freeze protection, maintenance, melting of solids, heating of contents to required temperatures, thermal mixing, and more.

DENIOS IBC Tote Heaters are ideal wherever materials are stored in IBC totes. They operate from 120V or 240V single phase service and are ETL approved to UL and CSA standards. They are available from the Louisville, KY factory with industry-leading lead-times. Heating blankets for cylinders, drums, and other containers are also available.
