On Saturday, May 10th, Bent Paddle Brewing Co. marks 12 years of brewing, community, and celebration! This year, Festiversary brings even more excitement to the Lincoln Park Craft District, offering a Thrifty Ticket option for just $15 making Festiversary more accessible for everyone celebrating the weekend, including new UMD grads looking for a post-commencement plans with their friends and families! Attendees can expect to enjoy an amazing lineup of live music on two stages, featuring headliner and Minnesota legend Dessa, family friendly activites galore including a brand-new artisan vendor market, and of course Bent Paddle’s incredible assortment of Festiversary only beer offerings plus canna beverages.
Festiversary runs from 2-8p on May 10 and transforms two square blocks surrounding the brewery into an outdoor celebration of music, craft beer and beverages, and community. Headlining this year is DESSA, the internationally renowned rapper, singer, and writer known for her work with Doomtree, The Hamilton Mixtape, and contributions to The New York Times. She’ll be joined by The People Brothers Band, an award-winning Midwest sensation, plus local favorites Al Church, Jumpsuit, and Soulhead —guaranteeing a full day of unforgettable performances and celebration within the Bent Paddle Festiversary grounds.
New this year is a dazzling artisan vendor market, featuring highly curated local makers offering hand made art, jewelry, consumables, and more. Families will love the Marshall Forest School Family Activities Area, filled with interactive fun for kids and families including the return of the every popular Dangerous Fun Show!

We’re excited to showcase our specialty beers made just for Festiversary, our full line-up of cannabis beverages, a crazy fun live music lineup, and offer fun activities for all ages. It’s our way of kicking off summer, saying ‘Congrats, grads!’ and giving back to the community that’s supported us all these years,” says Bent Paddle Co-Founder & Festiversary Planner Laura Mullen.
Festiversary music will go all day with local Duluth talent like Soulhead and Jumpsuit bringing that good ‘ol hometown funk, plus broader regional favorites like The People Brothers Band and the internationally renowned headliner Dessa! We’ll end the festival dancing with the Al Church Band — the party keeps going with the Official Festiversary After Party at The Caddy Shack featuring Beauty Mountain Rd and Blu Volta!This years’ Festiversary beer line-up will feature all the year-round fan-favorite beers, plus specialty casks, sours, and fun infusions like Blueberry Lemon Bent Hop, Tiramisu Cold Press, Fruited Hibiscus Retro Haze, and a very fun “Jean Jacket” Martini — Bent Paddle Light Lager garnished with green olives.
Hemp beverage fans can also enjoy Bent Paddle’s full line-up of hemp derived THC beverages, perfect for riding those chill vibes all day long. For those not imbibing, 190 Coffee and Tea is the official Festiversary N/A vendor offering a full coffee and tea menu + a specialty Watermelon Lime Slush + assorted pastriesFood lovers – prepare your tastebuds! From Bowlz and Thangz global fusion to Love Creamery’s handcrafted ice cream, Gumbeaux Guys’ Cajun delights, and Oasis Del Norte’s authentic tacos, there’s something for everyone. Plus smash burgers, kettle corn, Italian favorites, deep-fried marshmallows, and much more from a full lineup of local food vendors!
Tickets are start at $15 for a Thrifty Ticket to $25 for an All-In(+ tax) in advance online or in the taproom through Friday, May 9th, and $20 for Thrifty Ticket $35 for an All-In at the gate the day of. Your tickets include live music all day, vendor access, a for those “All-In” ticket purchasers, a commemorative pint glass (while supplies last), and your first beer or THC+ beverage on the house! Kids under 14 get in free, all designated drivers and folks 14-21 should purchase a Thrifty Ticket.
