Bent Paddle, A Bar of Their Own Brew ‘A Beer of Their Own!’

Bent Paddle Brewing Co. is thrilled to announce the release of “A Beer of Their Own,” a collaborative craft beer created in partnership with A Bar of Their Own. This special beer celebrates women supporting women and the first women’s sports bar in the Midwest! A Bar of Their Own is 100% women-owned and Bent Paddle is 50% women-owned, something both establishments are incredibly proud of. This collaboration was a natural fit to the owners of Bent Paddle and A Bar of Their Own, based on their decade-long relationship.

“We’ve been huge fans of Bent Paddle for years,” said Jillian Hiscock. “I’ve been following Bent Paddle and involved with Bent Paddle for ten years. My wife and I even got married and had our reception at Bent Paddle a couple of years ago, so we’ve had a long history. When we were trying to decide where to brew this was a natural collaboration for us.”

A Bar of Their Own is the first women’s sports bar in the Midwest dedicated to showing exclusively women’s sports providing a robust menu accommodating different dietary needs with an excellent craft beer selection and tasty mocktails.

Bent Paddle Brewing Co. and A Bar of Their Own have a shared commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. “A Beer of Their Own” embodies these values by bringing together two businesses dedicated to creating inclusive spaces, growing community, and supporting underrepresented groups and women across the state of Minnesota.

“A Beer of Their Own” is a refreshing pale ale, carefully crafted by the women of Bent Paddle Brewing Co, Bent Paddle Pilot Brewer, Neil Caron, and the owners of A Bar of Their Own. Be sure to stop into one of the establishments to try this exclusive limited-edition beer while supplies lasts!
