Cedar Springs Brewing Company Expands To Include Retail, Homebrewing Supplies

Cedar Springs Brewing Company, a German-inspired restaurant and brewery, officially announced the acquisition of the former Coldbreak Brewing homebrew supply store retail space. Located next to the brewery, the Cedar Springs Brewery Shoppe carries a range of equipment and supplies for brewing, winemaking as well as retail merchandise from Cedar Springs Brewing Co.

David Ringler, Director of Happiness at Cedar Springs Brewing Co., shares, “We enjoyed the working relationship with our friends at Coldbreak Brewing and we will continue to support them as they return their focus to the manufacturing side of the business. The logical step was for us to take over the vacated retail space. In addition to home brewing equipment and supplies, we are looking forward to bringing our customers an ever-evolving selection of apparel, gifts and classes, with new items arriving regularly.”

There will also be a focus on expanding the range of classes offered. From the novice to the expert, the Shoppe plans to host classes on not only homebrewing, but also cider-making, vinification, and mead-making. For those outside of the West Michigan area, a new online store will offer a little taste of Cedar Springs Brewery Shoppe hospitality and quality supplies right to their doorstep.
