Lake will dedicate his time expanding the firm’s relationships with beverage distributors, craft brewers, craft and independent spirits companies, and other beverage businesses.

Before joining OMAC, Lake was a director at First Beverage Group, where he spent seven years working on many significant craft brewery, beverage distributor and nonalcoholic beverage brand merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to that, he spent nine years at GE Capital where he specialized in structured finance transactions for beverage companies, chain restaurants and hotels.
